ENGLISH TASK

The road in Bandung are very crowded with vehicles. Whenever and wherever jam occur frequently. Jam makes us uncomfortable living in this city. Especially on the weekends many Jakarta people visit Bandung and bring personal vehicle. Increasingly overcrowded streets. Therefore, reduce jam in Bandung is difficult!
Of the many problems, one reason is the public transportation in Bandung is already too much. See it on the jammed streets, a lot of public transportation is hang around, but unfortunately there are only a few passengers in those public transportation. Most of the public transportation will only be filled in the morning when people were rushing to go to work/school or in the afternoon when they get home. This is reasonable, but it will be a big impact on the effectiveness of the use of the road. Those public transportation that is empty will "eat" roads and make traffic is more dense. The impact, they are trying to look for passengers so that stops too long. I think the public transportation should wait, stay on line at the terminal for departure. Arrange the departure period so that passengers on public transportation is almost full. For example, the period of departure may try 5 minutes. When was the passenger on public transportation is still not full, the period increased to 6 minutes. Thus, the fuel can be more efficient, driver income can be increases, and also there is no jam anymore. So, the conclusion to resolve jam because of a lot of public transportation among others :
1. don't roam the streets for all public transportation, this will only make jam, make public transportation easily damaged, make driver fatigue, make a lot of pollution, waste fuel and waste money in vain.
2. every public transportation that is not on the road must wait their turn to depart in Terminal.
3. in order for the cost of fuel economically adjust the period so that the occupation close to 100%.
4. in this way the driver income will not be reduced, even increase because the cost of fuel is reduced.
